Andrew has 32 Experience in the Electricity distribution Industry. He has been managing contracts for 18 years and has attained management qualifications as well as trade qualifications.

Andrew is a key member of the team and maintains strong customer relationships with key electrical distribution contractors.

Employee training and development has always been a key passion for Andrew he maintains all training and Health & Safety programmes for the company.

 

Peter has 30 Experience in the Electricity distribution Industry. He has been in senior management positions throughout the industry and has maintained high respect from his peers.

Peter has attained a business degree and has trade certifications for electrical distribution.

Peter has a strong customer focus and maintains good key customer relationships.

Peters passion is the development of efficient systems, and has enabled him to structure ISS to become a more efficient business model.

 

Layne has 10 Experience in the building Industry. He has held management positions and achieved a high degree of respect from the teams working under him. His organisational skills make him a successful high performance Manager.  He is a certified builder licensed with government under the Licensed Building Practitioner(LPB) scheme.

Layne has attained trade certification and STMS Traffic management qualifications (level 2/3 non practising) allowing him to play a key role in managing all the companies traffic control issues.

Layne’s passion is “Quality” Which has gained him the reputation as an industry leader in quality work.

 

Garren has played a key role in the financial side of the business. Garren has had to get to know the industry and has now gained a good understanding of ISS business and Industry expectations.

Garrens background is in Information Technology 

Garrens’s passion is “Finance” This has allowed him to ensure ISS is a financially secure company with a good cash flow.
