BAU chorus (ongoing) Small projects, continuous cabinet, fibre, installs Rural broadband installation of ducts, hauling cables and fibre, installing pits and cabinets Installation of Ultra-fast aerial fibre - Mountain Rd, Henderson Footpath kerb and road reinstatement project - 9 months. Concrete reinstatement and asphalt reinstatement to Auckland Transport requirements. Street lighting sub divisions, installing street lighting systems, testing and supplying COC and ROI UFB project ISS has been part of the Ultra Fast Broadband project from its roll out in October 2011. This project will take approximately 9 years to complete ISS is contracted to Vision Stream and will continue to offer a fully integrated service to our client.
Waitakere street lighting
This project has been ongoing for ISS since 2009. ISS have been assisting Electrix in the CVP’s, maintenance and new installs of street, level crossing, and walkway lighting systems.
Powerco Asset condition survey
Asset condition surveying has been a big part of ISS business for many years ISS is currently contracted to Northpower to complete the network survey using Powerco Networks own data capture software. Wood pole testing is completed as part of the asset condition assessment.
Vector Asset condition assessments
Vector has one of the biggest distribution assets in NZ, ISS has continued to offer its expertise to assess the condition of this asset in the Auckland region. ISS is contracted to Electrix.
Vector Pillar condition assessments
Pillar inspections are required on a regular basis to pre-empt any disruption to customer power supply. ISS have been assisting Electrix in inspections on Vector pillars for a number of years.
Vector Transformer earth bank testing
Earth bank testing is a regulatory requirement and requires a specialist to test transformers to assure they meet the correct safety levels ISS assists Electrix testing transformers on the Vector Network.
Auckland Transport VMS signs
VMS sign installation has been a new project for ISS proving our ability to provide a varied service to a wide variety of clients. ISS is contracted to Transfield Service.
Vector Substation Maintenance
ISS completes a Variety of maintenance tasks for Electrix in their substation Maintenance contract with Vector. Tasks consist of building repairs, new door replacements, roof repairs and security fencing.
